Join us for two full days at the Humane Society and see what it really takes to keep the shelter running smoothly (hint-it’s more than just walking dogs and cuddling cats)! Campers will have an opportunity to assist with some of the daily tasks that allow us to make a difference in the lives of animals in our community.
With a behind-the-scenes tour, team challenges, and visits from animal guests, campers will leave with a deeper sense of how to be an animal advocate! They will also work as a group to complete a service project that improves the shelter’s operations and the animals’ quality of life. This helps campers understand how small acts of kindness can create lasting positive change.
Your registration covers both days. At this time, we are unable to offer one-day programs.
Details:
Dates: March 25-26: Grades 2 & 3
Time: 8:30-4:00 each day
