The Vaccine Clinic is held the second Wednesday of each month from 2-5:30 p.m.
Appointments are required; no walk-ins allowed.
Participation in the HSSC Vaccine Clinic does not constitute complete health care. It is strongly recommended to ensure your pet receives an annual complete physical examination with your primary veterinarian.
Animals with a known history of vaccine reaction, animals that are known to be pregnant, animals showing active signs of illness (ex: vomiting, diarrhea, upper respiratory infection), or those that are deemed a danger to the staff and volunteers of HSSC are excluded from participating in the Vaccine Clinic.
Owners are not allowed to restrain their own animal for vaccination. All dogs must be on a non-retractable leash and all cats must arrive in a carrier. Owners violating this rule will be denied services.
*Kittens and puppies must be a minimum of 12 weeks of age to receive a rabies vaccine. Only dogs and cats with proof of current and non-expired rabies vaccination (a rabies certificate signed by a veterinarian) are eligible to receive a 3-year rabies vaccine.
Please ring doorbell at the Admissions door.
Contact Sheboygan Police Department’s non-emergency number at (920) 459-3333 to request an officer. The police department has access to the shelter.
