The Humane Society of Sheboygan County offers low cost spay and neuter assistance to animal owners who face financial barriers. Our goal is to help keep pets safe and healthy while controlling the local pet population.
To be eligible for SNAP you must be a Sheboygan County resident and demonstrate financial need by meeting one of the following criteria below. You will be required to furnish proof on or before the day of your appointment accompanied by a valid ID.

*A current rabies vaccine is required by law for all age-appropriate cats and dogs. If you have a current SIGNED certificate from your veterinarian, bring it with you to your appointment and the $20 rabies vaccine fee will be waived.
